      We were very impressed with their salesman. He was very professional and polite to talk with. He talked a good talk but their service was terrible. They dropped the ball a number of times all the way to billing afterwards. They had poor internal and external communications throughout our roofing project, and we kept having to get clarifications and stay on top of them. They posted our permit well after they started the work, and our neighbors were watching. Many things they said they would do did not happen. They were not reliable. The shingles didn't arrive the day before, as they said. We were not able to inspect the quality and color until our roof was torn off. They mismatched the fixtures and refused to fix it until we refused to say the job was not done; then they admitted they ordered the wrong color. We were stuck with a bill at the end that we were not expecting. We signed the work order for $16,000, and at the end they charged us $681 more than what we expected to pay. They didn't send us a receipt for our deposit, so we didn't notice there was a $500 posting error until well into the project. They kept delaying the walkt-thru while badgering us to say the project was complete so they could get paid. When we refused to say it was completed they finally did the walk-thru. Their employees were nice and finally the roof looked great, but it was very stressful working with this company. They are slippery in their dealings. You have to stay on top of everything. If youre not watching they win and you lose. We did not feel like they were looking out for us.

      We chose Eustis Roofing after receiving several quotes, researching the companies, reading reviews and asking for recommendations. Weve had two properties, one our primary residence, reroofed in last several months. Glad we chose Eustis Roofing - would do it again. They made the entire process easy and delivered outstanding work.

      Eustis replaced ******* last week and I am fully satisfied. They arrived on time, did a beautiful job and completed the project very quickly and cleaned up. Most professional job, employees were friendly price was very competitive. Highly recommend. ***********************************

Firstly, we were comforted because he is professional & extremely knowledgeable regarding everything roof.
