      They actually did good work and the roof is fine and it was warranted by them for two years but now I need someone to look at it cause it might be a little problem and I see that they are closed

      Back in September 2023 a man came out to my house at 1667 Zaffer Street, Palm Bay, F, from Roof Commander. The gentleman quoted me approximately $22,000 for a 3100 square foot roof, I signed the contract with the understanding I would be able to get a Reverse Mortgage. Unfortunately, the Reverse Morgage feel through because I would have to get a second FHA loan. To me that disqualified me under the signed contract. Since then I went to anothert roofing company iin Melbourne and recieved a quote for approximately the same. The loan was approved and work performed. Now Roof Comander is wanting me to pay a $2,200 cancelation fee. No work was performed by Roof Commander, I understand that a cancellation fee should be charged but I feel that, 10-percent cancellation fee is not reasonable. Especially when no resources or any other contract requirement was performed by Roof Commander.
