The Safe Air Team just cleaned my air ducts, and I can't believe how much better the air is now! They were thorough, considerate of my house, and left everything immaculate. The technicians made sure I understood what was being done and why it was important by going over each step of the procedure with me. I saw the improvement right away once they were done. To anyone who wants to breathe easier, I heartily recommend Safe Air Team!

I contacted Safe Air Team for air duct cleaning, and they exceeded my expectations. The personnel were competent and took great care to ensure everything was done correctly. They even showed me before and after photos of the ducts, which were startling! My HVAC system now functions much better, and I'm relieved to know that my family is inhaling cleaner air.

I had my chimney cleaned which was supposed to cost $75. Two men arrived and one introduced himself as manager Roi ******. Roi claimed that the chimney was in bad repair and promised to complete the following services. Chimney cleaning, Fix cracks, Paint firebox with heatproof paint, Install chimney cap, Provide a report for homeowners insurance. Total cost: $891.65. This entire agreement was captured by security cameras with full audio. The name of the company that the money was sent to is called *********. Roi then said that the report and receipt would be sent via email and it never was. When I inspected the work I found the following issues: The chimney stack had no cracks patched. The chimney cap had not been installed. Trash left on the roof and in the gutters. The chimney stack was vandalized with black paint on three of the four sides which had never been discussed, and overspray from the paint damaged the faux brick faade. There was a ring of cheap sealant around the base of the chimney which has caused damage to my brand-new roof!! The team left the ***** receipt onsite and I was able to email the manufacturer of the paint used on the firebox. ********* product team advised that this paint is not meant for this application and would need to be removed. They also stated that the paint would begin to start chipping as soon as it is introduced to flames, which it has. This will need to be removed at great cost. I looked up the company ********* and found that it had been administratively dissolved on September 23rd, 2023 for not filling their annual report. By law a company that has been administratively dissolved cannot conduct new business. If you have also been scammed by this company please send a report to the Attorney General. They need to be stopped!!!!! If it is any condolence to anyone, Roi was just had his house foreclosed. Turns out Scamming doesn't pay the bills.

When it came to cleaning our air ducts and dryer vents, Safe Air Team exceeded our expectations. The personnel arrived on time, worked fast, and left a clean workspace. Since the cleaning, we've seen a significant improvement in our home's air quality and HVAC system functioning. I am really pleased with their service and will probably hire them again for future cleanings!

On August 29, I hired their service to clean the air duct of my clothes dryer, with the estimated cost of services being $75.00. On that day, a person named Roi and another young man, who did not identify himself, came to my home. They noticed that I was alone, went up to the second floor of my house, where the laundry room is located, and, while the man climbed onto the roof, the other man named Roi said that the service would cost around $500 because he would have to do a deep cleaning. He stated that a regular cleaning would not be enough, and said that he would need to redo the sealing service, and also replace some pipes.I was quite shocked by the price, and said that I would call my husband, but since my husband was in a meeting, he was unable to answer my call. Since Roi saw that I was insecure, he verbally coerced me, saying that the guy he was with was already in the attic, and that he had identified that if I didn't do the service, my house was at risk of catching fire, etc., etc.Well, I said that my house is less than 8 months old, it's new, and so is the machine. I said that I was going to activate the warranty and he told me that I was at risk, because they don't provide this service.I felt bullied and intimidated, because I was alone and he was very incisive, so I authorized and paid for the "service", which didn't even take 5 minutes. I paid $412.97 They didn't remove any trash, and they left.Feeling very bad, I called a friend, who immediately contacted you and reported what had happened. This guy ***** called us and said that the service was done, that I authorized it and that the most he could do would be to refund $75.00.

Extremely disappointed. Originally I was told $150 to clean the ductwork and venting, and it would take 1 hour to an hour and a half to complete. Yet, they came and left within 35 minutes. Then, they wanted $300 (instead of the $150 I was quoted) stating that I had leaks that they needed to fix and that's why it would cost more. I asked them to show me the debris they collected from my vents. The debris canister was empty. When I questioned them about it, and I said other homes online showed big bags of debris collected from venting, he said "Those houses are from up north; up north they have more dust." Totally dissatisfied and will not use them again.

This company is a scam! They have google reviews attached to a state park review profile which makes them pop up with a strong satisfaction rating. When I searched on-line for a duct cleaning company the company I reached out to was named Freshly Air Duct and Vent Cleaning, however, when the technician showed up at my door the company name on his shirt I was not familiar with which was Safe Air Team. This was the first red flag. As soon, as they came in to assess the work they needed to do it went from a 135.00 dollar estimate to a job to over 300.00 estimated and the technician was not knowledgeable nor could explain the reasons for the price difference. He would continually say how he's been doing this for so long and that is how he knows what is necessary. DO NOT fall for this. Additionally, the technician was attempting to do a side deal with me for cash and lowered the cost drastically not to go through the company. They are scamers.

Scammed First off, dangerous as they sprayed hazardous outside AC foaming coil cleaner in my rooms all over the vents (after cleaning them), floors and walls. Every room had a mess. And my original 379$ cost , cost me 767$ since he had to clean the vents by hand. Because of the chemicals I had to buy all new vents which was only 100$. I feel terrible falling for this scam. They just wiggled a brush inside, no vacuum nothing. Beware

This is a cheating company, they installed unsafely by cutting wires, their owner *** said he will come and fix, but not called me back. I did not call them, but my call was routed to them and they landed at my house on a Sunday evening, my purpose of call was for duct cleaning to some other company which had 5 stars. They forced me to take UV light and did wrong installation by violation basic codes. Please avoid this company. ??
