      01/18/2023 I paid a *****$ deposit to Stylist to receive services Friday 01/20/2023. At the end of service on Friday 01/20/2023 I paid 304.00$ to Stylist. The service I booked was for starter locs at 250.00$ and styling them at 40.00$. Totaling 290.00$. I tipped her 14.00$ which made the total she was paid on Friday 01/20/2023 304.00$. The problem came when the stylist failed to mention before services being done for me that the 25$ deposit sent to her two days prior was not going to be deducted from the total amount due at the end for service without explanation. Normally deposit go towards the total balance at the end for service and if she had told me before hand I would have went somewhere else to get my hair done. Because what is the 25$ for if its not going to apply to my total at the end of service. Stylist was very rude and did not want to negotiate the fact that I paid her 25$ for nothing. And did not want to exchange and use toward a future appointment. I would like my ***** deposit back and also to warn others being scammed out of deposits from her.
