    everything about firsthand design business is a lie & scam. The office is not where it's located on the website it's actually located in a tire shop. Omar the owner of this company is a con artist & opportunist once he gets your money and the rest is history. His promises are a LIE and he never keeps his word. The unprofessionalism, language barrier, untrusted, weirdness, etc is unreal. I hired Omar in 2017 to create my website and host a website for my mentoring business. Note: Omar was paid $700.00 in full....... what a huge mistake you live and you learn, problem after problem with this guy. I'm currently trying to transfer my website that I paid for to a different host due to Omar's lack of communication, unprofessional, and Etc . Omar refused to release my website or cooperate. Please see the images and the dates below for confirmation. Also Previous to this issue firsthand design "Omar" deleted my website on accident then it took weeks for him to get it back up and running which caused me to lose clients. And then had the nerve to try to charge me. Again stay away.
