      This is my last email to Don ********************* I've since sent another....***, I have to say that your customer service has been terrible. In fact, it's been down right frustrating. I have tried to reach you 8 times between 6/24/23 and today. I have sent you 8 emails; 3 of which have been cc'd to ***************************, 1 text message, and at least 2 phone calls to your cell where you did not pick up and there was no room to leave a voicemail. In good faith, we trusted you and your Insurance company because ***********************, our former condo president, trusted you. As you know, he passed away and I took over as president of ******* Park 15. But what good is having an insurance agent if you can't reach him after attempting to over the course of 4 plus weeks? I spent ***************************************************************************** your words, the only way to get the Homeowners Insurance cost down was to replace our roof, which was 14 years old. In your words, the "roof" is the driving force of the insurance premium. You said that we would receive a refund of up to $3000, this year, after we replaced the roof and submitted the Wind ***, roof photos and inspection, who, by the way, the inspector was your brother, ***** ********************* You have had all the necessary documents for the roof replacement SINCE 6/24/23. We still have over 8 months left until 3/1/24. We are waiting for our refund! We paid you $15,554.69 for our renewal dated 3/1/23, which was a 46-48% increase from what we paid in 2022, and you told my wife **** and I, while sitting in our kitchen on 2/27/23, that if we replaced the roof we would get a credit for THIS YEAR. We started calling roof companies the next day. We trusted you. You said that by replacing the roof we would pay 20% less in ****. I asked you, in late May 2023, about the rot and mold on the fascia boards that were removed during the roof replacement, and if our policy covers it, and I never got a response from you.
