      I sent a package out and I pay $204 and never got to the location they put the wrong address and information and my address wrong as well it was gone since September 17 2024 to November 6 2024 I got the package again I went back to get it ship out they charge me $90 to ship it out again that a scam and frustrating customer service

      2 weeks in ans they still have no answer to what they did with my package. They charged me and created the reshipping label but have not given my package to the carrier. Disappointed. I called and was placed on hold for several minutes to then be told that the system is down and I would be called back. No call. ?? I show up and the system is actually working but no one knows what they did with my belongings that they were supposed to package and mail for me. I paid for this service. 2 weeks and nothing. Was told they will call me again... no call ?? they're a joke and clearly don't know much about domestic shipping because they keep telling me my package was international... which is not. Lots of excuses and no results. My company used them for our packages, not anymore.
