      They automatically claim to deliver a package at 7pm even when its not delivered. They have horrific customer service and its impossible to get ahold of anyone. Why a company as **** still choices to use this service is insane It literally will make me no longer want to shop with **** because their clothes are not worth the headache of dealing with the shipping carrier they use

      Sonic transportation gave misinformation to the company I ordered from that they had delivered my order duping the company into thinking that they provided great service to the customer which is false. ********************************************* has conducted this scheme twice to the business I purchase merchandise from. Sonic transportation also pretends they have company cars that deliver merchandise to residential areas when in fact it's some guy that shows up at my residence fishing through his trunk for my package. Sonic transportation is fake and should have to disclose they use 3rd party people to deliver merchandise. They are not a trustworthy company.

      I would give Zero stars if that was an option. Sonic keeps giving me the run around with an order placed on 12.20.24. They finally answered and promised it Tuesday, 12.31.24. I would stay home all day knowing I would have to sign. Did not show. They then told me they had a driver call out sick (not my problem) and that it would arrive Thursday, 01.02.25, priority. I stayed home all day; package did not arrive. I called again on hold over 1 hour, was told they would reach out to the driver, on hold again and promised the package for Friday, 01.03.25, did not arrive. Called again, was put on hold so the agent could reach out to the driver, they hung up on me. After reading the other reviews I realized the product (Vapes) was most likely not going to arrive. Do NOT buy from any company that ships with them. Note: they used the gated community excuse, each time I reached out I made sure they had the gate code. Again, no excuse, they are supposed to call first, MOOT point.

      Good delivery. Clean and fresh product. Was left on my doorstep. I thought I had to sign for it, but I guess I didn't have to. Still got it though.

      ******* didn't arrive and their excuse was that "no drivers were available". That means people go without their paychecks because of their issues. Totally unacceptable.
