    I signed up with this company, H333237303738313832**H in early July of this year. I was assured by the sales representative that their Artificial intelligence software would call prospective H3135303531**33313634H which were generated from my ******** ads. I submitted my personal information to validate their claims. The ** followed up, but you couldn&#**;t understand what it was saying. The voice was incoherent. Also, the follow up was very sporadic. I was told the follow up would be every couple of days. I contacted them numerous times to correct this problem was it wasn&#**;t resolved. I have asked them to return my money, but they have refused. They have stated that I didn&#**;t give the system enough time, but their system is flawed and doesn&#**;t work as promised

    I am rejecting this response because: The process they guaranteed me is flawed from the very beginning. The ** software is not understandable when they follow up with customers.

    I put my name as a potential customer and each time I was contacted by the ** I couldn't understand the voice. In addition, there follow up was very infrequent, 

    They recently sent me follow up texts for a mortgage loan. I specifically told them, in writing and on phone calls previously  that I am a investor who buys houses. I have absolutely

    nothing to due with mortgage financing.( I can forward you these texts) They wouldn't give me their corporate address when I contacted then via e-mail. Also you can't add any comments on the bottom of their ads on ********. They aren't transparent.
