      Images attached of work not completed. We hired JSTL Property Services on 01.17.23 to cut tree limbs, bamboo removal, and **** trimming and removal of all debris. *************************, one of the sons cut down the bamboo and other ****, but was not able to take it away. We agreed to have his brother ************************* come and grind the bamboo remnants and he would take the left over debris. I've have called both ***** and ***** and spoken with them 9 times about following up to see when they were coming. ***** stated that he was not aware that he needed to come 2 days after not seeing or hearing from either one of them to pick up the debris. On the 4th day that I called ***** and ***** both stated that a guy already came and I informed them that he had not because the debris was still here. I now called additional times since with no answer, and were now going on 10 days. At this point I'm just trying to have them follow through on picking the debris that they said they would pick up. I don't need them to grind the ***** and that has been a challenge. All of this to say, DO NOT hire or pay them until all the work is done. Lessoned learned for us as we were trusting. They will talk up what they can do, lawn care, fence install, etc. but I would strongly advise that you go with a better rated and reputable company who will communicate. The phone numbers we were given for ************************* are ************ and ************************* is ************. No Email. We have ****** Drivers License address where we made out the check for as ******************************************************************************.
