      I ordered 2 shirts and a sweater for my son ten months ago they ignore your calls for months at a time finally they said they were done today so when I went to pick them up they said I couldn't have them unless my wife removed a bad review she left them very poor way to do business

      I paid for all my business cards beforehand. ******* told me that he was going to be able to get my business cards done fast. My business cards took 4 months to be done. I've been trying to pick up my business cards from Upsurge Grafix for a week going on two weeks now. They aren't answering the phone or email. The last time I showed up at the shop to pick up my business cards, they told me the cards weren't there. ******* told me that he was going to meet with me the following day. When the following day came. ******* told me that he couldn't meet with me and that he had to meet with me the next day. The next day I called and emailed and nothing no response nothing. Here we are going on month FIVE and I still don't have the business cards that I already paid for.
