      DO NOT even consider making a reservation with them. Learn from my mistake,I made a reservation with Cocoa Beach Shuttle in December 2024 for a shuttle from the airport to **************. Despite it saying I would pay at pickup, I started getting texts in February to pay. I had no problem with that -- I called on March 4 -- and promptly got charged for two trips, despite only reserving one. I called on March 9 and got the extra one cancelled and refunded.I should have done my due diligence earlier, but decided to read reviews and subsequently called on March 9 to cancel my original reservation. I have since called once a week -- March 11, 15, 21 -- I was away for 2 weeks and started calling again April 7, April 14 and April 18. I've talked to the same people repeatedly and have been repeatedly told this would be taken care of.I am STILL waiting for my refund. At one point it was suggested I protest with my bank. This was NOT a banking mistake -- it was a Cocoa Beach Shuttle mistake.This is NOT about $, though I'd like my $65 back -- this is about horrendous customer service.

      Don't use this company they take your money. Suppose to be open 24/7. They don't answer their phones,no communication. Called them the day before in the am to verify my 4am pickup. They were to text me by the afternoon with the drivers name and number incase I needed to cancel. They never did. After being charged $118.My husband called a taxi we ended up paying another $80 together to the airport. As we were in the taxi. 4am iget a text from this company were on our way. Imlike too late, we needed to be sure we had a ride to the airport. We tried calling them from 5pmon the evening before no answer no human to talk to kept getting hung up on we had 4 adults all different numbers,no response from them. Called them today they said they can't refund me it's past 24hrs. I said how was I to get incontact with your company. Never again. Don't waste your money. I asked to speak to the manager, the manager isn't here. I said send me the manager and owners name. Still waiting. This placements turned in

      Do not use them. They Take your money and don’t show up as promised. Unreliable! We used them for service from a coco beach hotel to MCO. All paperwork & text confirms said 7am. They had us booked for 8! We had to make other arrangements so as not to miss our flight. When I called and asked for a refund, I was told there was nothing they could do. Nothing. Even after several calls no one was will to do anything.
