    Bought an item and 4 days later my debit card was hacked. The online tool shop cancelled order and told us the 3 number code on back of card was used to verify. The ONLY place I had to use that code was online purchase at for shave supplies. When I tried to co tact company-the only way to contact is email, no number-I immediately got a form response tellung me it was a gas station or restaurant. I have not used that card for either. I suspect they also sold my email info as now I am getting about 10 spam mails in my inbox per day. Shaver replacement part was $5. Guess they make money by selling your info.

    Here, we have a case of someone thinking that something happened that did not actually happen.   The complaint is based on an uneducated assumption and not fact.  Or, it is also possible that the complainant has filed a complaint against the wrong entity in error as some incorrect information below will outline
    The customer claims that their card was hacked.This is simply not a fact.Shaveroutlet.com uses sophisticated security technology to prevent this.I have attached images from our site displaying the certificate used
    The complains seems to state that we cancelled their order.This is untrue.The order placed was shipped.The attached order invoice displays the **** tracking number which shows that the package was delivered to them
    Complaint states that the customer could only contact us by email.Again, false.The packing slip included with the order included our phone number and email address.The contact us tab on our site provided the user with information to email or call us.I have attached a screenshot of that as well.
    Customer claims that we sold their email ********** the 20+ years that we have been in business, we have never sold or shared email addresses.Our FAQ also covers this as attached.

    It is clear that the customer has experienced a problem with their credit card.  The customer has jumped to an incorrect conclusion that Shaver Outlet is responsible for the issue.  In addition, the complainant has provided several incorrect statements about out site and practices.  I doubt that this is malice but simply due to ignorance.  Either way, we ask that the entire complaint be expunged as it has no merit whatsoever.
