    You rented a room infested with roaches our bathroom door wouldn't shut insecure it was missing a light bulb in the bathroom a plastic grocery bag suffocating the fire detector there was all kinds of trash as if paper plates old food and etcetera under both beds and one bed was broken blood on my sheets can I have videos of all the proof it woke me up I couldn't sleep cuz of the bugs I didn't bring any luggage in

    I haven't heard back from you guys I wonder what's up you know that was the worst motel room I ever spent roaches couldn't sleep your manager was very rude that morning she came and had the people then she act like she didn't want to give us money so I don't understand I haven't heard from you guys I want to know what's going on can you give me a call back ************ my name is ***** ******* you know me I've been wanting to know help me out here that went right I mean y'all act like nothing's going on so I'm coming back and letting you know I got a video of all that stuff

    Like I said I had a video of what we showed and said and I feel disappointed cuz I just realized my phone was messed up and I got a phone now so I see that you guys reached out and I'm sorry I missed you but I still need to understand why what is going to be done cuz that was poor service from the model and I felt disappointed when the manager actually went off on us that wasn't right so I hope you all need a video I tried to send you the video but I think it was too long or something but I know my wife she will figure out how to make sure that you get video on it and I think for some reason we should at least get some kind of refund for real it was miserable roaches it was everywhere everything they had bags on the fire alarm and might affect the bathroom door wouldn't shut and groceries all in the bathroom the refrigerators everything was kind of horrible we got videos of it so just submit that I will be submitting that

    I made a reservation for two nights at the space coast hotel through Travelocity on November 28th, 2023. Checking in on December 8th and checking out on December 10th. We checked in on the 8th after 8 pm which I notified the hotel that I would be checking in after 8 pm. During check in we had trouble, there was no room that was reserved for us. Eventually, we were put in a room, and my debit card was charged $108.68 for two nights. We left Saturday morning to sight see and shop. When we came back to the hotel later that evening our keys wouldn't work. I went to the front desk and told them the issue. At that time I was told that the computer had kicked us out, and they had no rooms available. Our belongings were placed in a trash bag, and taken to the front desk. I asked for a refund for the second night and was rudely denied. I was told that i would have to contact Travelocity. We collected those belongings and left. I had to make another reservation at the Econo Lodge, and paid them $107.97 for Saturday December 9th. I contacted Travelocity and was told that the hotel would not refund my money. Once we got to Econo Lodge we noticed that some of our belongings were missing. My husbands cologne $40, his charger $9, my body wash $10, and my body wash puff $3. All of the items had to be replaced. This whole situation was very embarrassing, and costly.

    Absolutely pathetic and I couldn’t do nothing about it, cause of Daytona 500, which was a FL 10 star event…

    $400 for a sh!t hole..

    I love FL… This is not a representation of Titusville or FL…

    After reading reviews, this is a common problem..

    The Guest started cursing the Front Desk employee and never complained about the issue. He threatened the Front Desk that State Attorney General will be visiting the hotel. He has filed the complained to Wyndham office. Since the guest stayed 2 days and never complained during his stay, we have notified Wyndham that there will be no refund specially due to the belligerent attitude towards the Front Desk.

    This is an absolute lie… we voiced our concerns both days..  Did I swear? Yes I did, I said the room was an absolute shit hole… that was the only swear word I used…  there was no management present, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

    when Wyndham told me on night 2 they could not transfer me into a different open room, I did say I was calling the BBB and the Attorney Generals office..

    It’s not about the money to me, it’s about the health hazard that the room condition was in…

    If I had no concerns about the room, why would I suggest calling the BBB and the Attorney General?  Attorney General was called also. Makes absolutely no sense.

    when you treat me with complete disrespect.  I’m coming back at you.

    let me tell you, if there was another hotel that had a room on Daytona Weekend, I would not of stayed one night.. my wife and I were stuck..  

    My wife and I are Senior Citizens.  this is the worst room we have ever been in.  Ever… Bottom line…

    Please ask them why the manager or on call manager did not communicate with us. 

    I have no patience for people who lie, cheat and steal…
