    **** Gupta owner of The Mail Center Titusville is dishonest & deceitful. He told me to charge customers for faxes that did NOT send, & to tell some of them that we dont ship packages ***** He tries to get them to ship ************ where he earns far more profit. His markup prices are extremely high. It is FRAUD lying to customers (& to people you hire.) He charges for a NEW box, but its USED at times. He has workers do digital fingerprints against the legal regulations of how they must be done; 100% supervised with help. He scheduled them on 2 separate machines, competing companies, which is against the legal rules. I talked to the companies directly. He does not care. He says his hired help are independent contractors, but they are part time employees. This is fraud. Its allegedly tax ****************** fraud. He lied to a customer & said he contacted the ************ had not. I called & asked. His computers freeze; many Internet issues. It causes ELECTRONIC errors & wrong labels to print, as the computer freezes. Its unfair to customers & to workers. . He refuses to pay to get his Internet fixed or upgraded to what the speed the business needs. It prints a label that got stuck & froze on the wrong address. Customers expect fast service. When computers freeze, its not fast! The Internet speed he needs is too slow for all of his electronic devices which causes errors. He his lots of electronic devices & needs more broadband. I called the Internet *************** confirmed this. He will blame anyone else to NOT have to pay for something. There is FRAUD at his business. I witnessed it several times.

    ***************************** is a Ex Employee, I fired her for inappropriate behavior about a year ago. She was very rude to me and my coworkers. I will not hire her again. she was also got fired from other jobs for the same reason. All the things she is saying about the business is baseless and fake. If the need arises, I have to call the police on her. That's why this post should be immediately removed. Thanks
