      This company false advertises. They use pics and videos from other locations to advertise the location we were in. Verified by our ****** search, pics from *******, ********* and other locations that have great bioluminescence tours. Advertised single clear kayaks and then double book the tour and threw 2 people into tandem kayaks , not advertised that way. Guides were completely disorganized and the owner deletes any bad review on social media and immediately blocks you. Horrible business and they need to change their ways. People from our group came from hours away as it was advertised the "#1 spot " for these tours and were completely and utterly disappointed as we were .

      While our website states that we have a no-refund policy due to the unpredictable nature of bioluminescence, we do offer rainchecks so guests can return and enjoy the 5-star experience we strive for. Every guest agrees to our cancellation and refund policy before booking. As we mentioned to **************** in his ****** review, we would be happy to extend the offer of a raincheck to him and his group. We are transparent about the conditions by posting daily updates on the brightest locations of the moment.

      BK Adventure does not use images or videos from other companies or locations to advertise our tours. Our promotional materials are created by our team, including hired content creators, local photographers, and influencers who have experienced our tours firsthand. Additionally, we do not state anywhere that our kayaks are single. Our prices are per person, and all our kayaks are tandem. Our website and social media are filled with pictures and videos of guests in tandem kayaks and group rafts.
      Our guides are trained professionals committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience. We value all feedback regarding our guides from that night and have already used ******************** feedback to review those guides' organizational procedures.

      We look forward to resolving this matter promptly and having **************** and his group back on one of our adventures.

      We were scheduled to go on a night time kayak trip. BK canceled the trip and refuse to refund our money. The trip was canceled before it began. They offered merchandise and a credit for a future trip. We are no longer in the area and do not plan to visit the area again, so that is of no value. Date April 16, cost for three in our party $226.57.

      They say many companies do not offer refunds even when they cancel, we have never experienced that.
