READ YOUR INVOICE VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PAY. We brought our ** to Eagle's Pride for 3 repairs September 2024. ****, Service **** was very attentive and very knowledgeable. We picked it up December 2024 and everything was repaired. They hand you the invoice and it was very difficult to understand. We glanced at it and it seemed OK. We paid the bill. When we got home we needed to review the invoice in detail for another reason and noticed they added "steps adjustment". We didn't request this and they never called us about the steps not working correctly. The steps were working when we dropped off the ** and when we picked it up. We called **** and he said he'd look into it. He said normally they would call us. We had to take our ** to Eagle's Pride for another repair and reminded **** about the "steps adjustment" refund. He said he's look into a refund. We picked up the ** in Feb 2025 and **** wasn't there so we spoke with the Service Manager ******. He said he didn't know about the "steps adjustment" refund and that the steps weren't working correctly and Eagle's Pride repaired it. End of story. It didn't matter that Eagle's Pride didn't call us with approval of the repair. We said it wasn't right and ****** didn't care. He wasn't going to give us a refund. READ YOUR INVOICE VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PAY.

August of *********************************************************************************************************** a parking lot and did not see who did it. We took it to Eagles Pride to be repaired, where they filled out the report for the repair and submitted to the ****************** ********************** in ************** The estimate for the damage submitted from Eagles Pride was ********. When work was complete we looked at the mirror on the coach, but on the receipt it mentioned the mirror was a used one, but only becaused they claimed they could not locate a new one but would continue to look. After we drove home we noticed we could not adjust the mirror from inside that was installed, there was no motor on this mirror for adjustment, and it turned out it was for the passenger side, the sizes are different for visibility. This was not disclosed only the fact it was a used mirror till a new one could be located. Claim was subbitted for ******* which was supposed to be for a new one we constantly checked to see when this would be completed. They still declared no mirror could be located. The cost is of a brand new mirror $1921.95 plus tax.124.04 = ********. We located a new one in 2 days. The insurance company considers it a closed case, an we must pay out of pocket. This type of fraud continues an ******* refuses to be available or return our calls.we are paying the price because it's ignored an easier for the insurance company. to move on an leave the consumer to clean up the mess. This is one of the reasons our insurance rates are so high. We have never had an accident an yet we are left with a situation that would make driving alone a complete driving hazard. Insurance has closed any solutions and Eagles Pride will not discuss any resolve to a refund for having to the wrong mirror installed. The mirror that was put on cost new approximately $600.00. Eagles pride charged ******* which included $1`192.42 for labor & miscellaneous.
