      Costlow tree care were hired to remove a tree and ***** removal on my property on November 15.The owner does not have a ***** removal machinery and he advised me to contact the company that will do the ***** removal for him and I will provide the full payment to Costlow ************ and he would pay the subcontractor himself. The job was not finished on the 15th but ***** (the owner of the company) asked for payment and since I had a check and he prefers cash they needed to cash the check before the end of the working day. I contacted his referred ***** removal company on November 15 and I was informed that they scheduled ***** removal on Monday, November 18th since tree was not gone completely. ***** returned on Monday 18th November, cut the tree down to the ***** with no further information. I contacted his subcontractor and he was informed of the details of the follow up work as turned out I needed to get permission from Utilities.We got clearance from utilities on November 21 which would follow to remove the *****. I contacted the subcontractor we scheduled it for next day.On November 22 when I was awaiting for ***** removal I was contacted by ***** removal company that they didnt get payment from Costlow tree service. After few missing calls from me to ***** Costlow I texted him about details and get this message: He don't get paid until AFTER the ***** is removed. He was Supposed to grind it Monday. He had every chance he is getting with me. I'll tell him I will do it myselfFrom that time on, ***** Costlow were ignored my calls and text messages, not answering or communicating with me.
