    KEV IS A CON MAN! Very unreportable and has no conscience. Told us he had been in business for over 40 years and was an expert. Our fishing pontoon boat had a Bimini top on half the boat. We wanted the Bimini top extended on the front. He came to our house to measure the boat and gave us a verbal bid of $2,500. VERBAL IS FIRST SIGN HE IS A CON MAN. He ask us for a deposit to buy Sunbrella canvas and a new matching aluminum square frame. We gave him a check. The next day he called and said the bank wanted to put a hold on our check and could we bring him cash so he could buy the parts. SECOND SIGN HE IS A CON MAN! Trusting old people that we are, we took him the cash. Said it would take 2 weeks for parts to arrive. 4 weeks went buy and we did not hear from him. Text him and he gave more excuses. 6 weeks went buy and more excuses. His text got more nasty as the weeks went buy. Finally he said we could bring the boat in. Told him we wanted it back by 4th of July so we could watch fireworks from boat. He wanted paid cash when we picked up boat. Husband picked boat up on 4th of July and ***'s job was horrible. He took an old Bimini top from another boat and tried to make it fit. Even duct taped the frame! He moved our original top back 3 feet and covered the fishing boat seats on the back of the Pontoon, so you could not cast fishing lines. He cut the wire to night running light and tucked wire back in frame. The new top would not lay down for travel. We had to take the Sunbrella canvas top off to travel. We had to take bolts out to lay frame down so we could park pontoon in our barn. The new top was taller than the existing top. When my husband tried to call him back, *** instantly hung up on him. Kev is a nasty man and does horrible work. I hope people will read this review and save themselves from getting ripped off! We had to undo everything he did, throw away his frame and move the original back into place.
