    I sent in September 4. 2024 via credit card $250.00 for a deposit on a room for the week of December 4rth thru the 11th 2024.The motel had to close down due to damage from Hurricane ******. After the motel reopened sometime in January. 2025 I requested a refund on my deposit. I have made several attempts/ to get my money back and ***** the office Manager says the owners (out of ********) are refusing to send it back. OASIS PALMS MOTEL ***** GULF BLVD TREASURE ISLAND.     Refund of deposit was to be refunded 72 hours after check out. ******, we also paid cleaning fee of ***** and our room was filthy and tax was charged in the deposit which isn't aloud. Est *****. So requesting $264.00 refund. I have been going back and forth every since April and still no satisfaction.

    Hello, i booked a room in that hotel and had to cancel the booking immediately because of the state of the room I got. I have never seen a room that filthy in my life! Almost everything in that room was either broken or dirty and I could not stay there because I was afraid that if I used the moldy shower or even the bed I would run in serious health problems. After getting a replacement room in a different location I went immediately back to the hotel and canceled the room. The lady on site told me that I needed to cancel also at booking.com which I did. After complaining at the hotel and booking.com to refund me my money they still charged me with the entire amount and denied my claim.
