The company charged my card on Feb. 27th for the month of March $159. I had been going there for one month prior.I was never informed or spoken to by any employee about any sort of problem. My son and I arrived on March 7th for his coding class. I always sat in the hallway on a bench facing a glass window where I viewed my son working. There are other children and an instructor in the room. This day I was approached by an employee and told I had to move to an area where I can not see my son.I said no.She then told me that was the rule.I told her I have the right to view my son and if I did not I no longer wanted to do business there.I had sat there in that spot 4 times prior to that day with no one not even the owner saying one word to **** asked to speak to the owner and she told me the owner told her to tell me this. They charged me for the mew month before this interaction. She said that I had been"warned several times" not to interact with my child during the lesson. This is a work at your own pace class with no lecture. She told me I did not need to see my son.So I told her I wanted a refund since I will not be attending classes this month of March.I called my son to leave and asked how to unenroll him and she told me to figure it out. Then she offered to send me an email which she did. I asked her why she couldn't walk me through it. She then said "you don't know how to read an email?" Belittling me in front of other customers. She then said NO refund, I told her she had horrible customer service. I questioned her about prorating and she laughed at me which she replied " you need to leave the building" I rolled my eyes at her and then she started to ******** me again arguing I was the one with an attitude. I researched a corporate office, customer complaint, or human resources contact. Turns out nothing like that exists, though it is a franchised business. How is there no corporate office or contact info? No **************** Is this legal?
