    Back in the fall of 2022, I attended a virtual crafting retreat at which time the presenter offered a sale for 4 events to take place in 2023 Called Crafter Party Virtual Events. These events are held 4 times a year and include products to coincide with the weekend long virtual event. I signed up to attend all of the 2023 events and split my $499.95 payment into 3 installments. In 2022 on the following dates, 10/29, 11/29 and 12/29, my credit card was charged $166.65 for a total of the $499.95 The first event was scheduled to take place in March 2023, which means a product shipment should have come to me late February, early March. Second event was scheduled for May *****, again no event and no products. The next is scheduled for Aug ***** and the final 2023 event is scheduled for Oct *****. There has been no communication about rescheduling the March or May events and no communication regarding the upcoming August event.I belong to a private *************** owned by the company Maker Forte. Since march there has been a lot of comments about where **** (owner of Maker Forte) has gone, excuses about her being in the hospital, waiting for responses, pending reschedule, but no updates or communication ever comes. Many members complain about emailing and not getting a response, myself included.Recently these members have been disputing the charge with their credit card companies as they too feel defrauded by this vendor. I was giving the company ample time to respond, reschedule or whatever to make things right. Im now at the point where enough is enough and I want my money back. And since I can not get a hold of anyone at the company, I've filed a formal dispute through my credit card company in hopes they will do something also. I dont foresee these events taking place this year, so in my opinion, shes defrauded me and essentially stolen my money.Attached is screenshot of the transactions from my credit card company for the 3 charges
