    on 11/21/24 I requested a refund for a prepayment of service given on 11/11/24. Due to scheduling conflicts and unavailability on the businesses end, the business was not able to provide service I prepaid for in a timely manner. After requesting, I was denied a refund for services not yet provided. I was simply told that they do not offer refunds on that specific service with no explanation as to why. After denial, I requested contact information for the business owner. I was provided an email address on a business card. I did send an email within an hour of receiving the contact info. My email was immediately rejected by the recipient's server and now I have no way of contacting the business owner to discuss getting back the funds that I have not received any service for.

    Client was contacted upon receipt of BBB complaint by **** ******, General Manager of ***************, *******. Upon investigation, client was referring to the University PLACE location in **************** and has never visited the ***************, ******* location. Client stated she spoke with the owner of University PLACE and was able to resolve her issue. **** asked about this complaint and if it was able to be reversed, and the client was unsure of if she was able to recind the complaint. Attached screenshots include proof of refund from ****************, as well as proof of never visiting the ***************, ******* location. University PLACE invoices begin with WUPL, University PARK begins with ***. Please note this is not the correct location for this complaint. University Park also does NOT offer the $600 **************** that is on the invoice. Call with client from **** was recorded in our system.
