    I ordered a holster for my gun on April 15th 2022. I paid $76.50 for it and was told it would take 12-14 weeks to complete. I have been e-mailing them since 7/4/2022 with no answer and the phone # has been shut off or temp disconnected. Ultimateholsters.com and their phone # is ************. Please contact me back for a resolution.

    I can understand the frustration with the lack of communication.

    All of your attempted communication was to incorrect phone number and email address, not to the contact information provided on our website.

    That is not our telephone number, our number is on the website and has not changed in 5+ years.

    We are still on the same expected lead time as when you ordered, 16-20 weeks for most orders.

    Our lead time has been 16-20 weeks since last year. We try to make the lead time very clear with bold text at the top of the item, a note about the lead time in the top banner. Our shopping cart software also logs your approval of the long lead time as you add the item to the cart, all in the effort to make sure there are no surprises about a long lead time.

    All of our holsters are handcrafted to order, and your patience is appreciated.

    Although I did have the wrong phone # I did have the correct e-mail address and sent 7 e-mails in the month of July. I was told my holster would ship by 8/5/22 and it didn't. Now I'm being told it won't ship until 8/19/22. This brings us over the 20 week lead time. I understand it takes 16 to 20 weeks I was just trying to get an update because I moved and I wanted to make sure my holster was going to the new address I provided. It's extremely frustrating to e-mail 7 times and get no response. I just want my holster and if it's not going to be shipped on time I expect an update. I shouldn't have to e-mail or call to get an update. I just want my holster.
