  On Friday October 14th, 2022 I contracted with Henry's Tree Service. Contact numbers for the business are ************ and ************. Henry's Tree Service was paid $160.00 for the trimming of 2 palm trees and the removal/hauling away of the palm fronds. Henry's Tree Service was providing this service to other neighbors in the community (and had also contracted with a neighbor 2 homes up from my house). The employees with this tree service had cut the fronds and placed them in a pile at the street (in the grass easement between the sidewalk and the street). I was informed that the fronds would be hauled away when they completed the other jobs along the street. When I went outside later that afternoon, the pile of fronds was still along the street (as was the pile in front of my neighbors home). I later spoke with the neighbor and they informed me they had discussed pricing and negotiated with Henry's Tree Service to pay only $50 for the trimming of one palm and not haul away the debris. It is possible there was some confusion, that my debris was not to be hauled away. However, I reached out to the company on Friday leaving messages for a return call. I also texted my concerns to both numbers. On Saturday 10/15/22 I received text responses "I am so sorry sir I'll try to get them to come out there" (from ************), "...I can not text we will pick it up" (from ************), but no one ever came to remove pile of palm fronds. It has been several days and no response. During one call, the individual used profanity and hung up the phone when I asked for contact information for the business. They have been paid in full for the service, they have acknowledge by text they would remove the debris. I have video from my home surveillance of them cutting the palms and stacking the fronds by the roadside. I just want the pile removed because it is destroying the grass beneath it. Also if you could provide any info related to this business. Appreciated.
