  Very dissatisfied with this group. 0 stars! Felt preyed upon with the mold scare. If I didnt get back to my home they would have ripped all of my rooms floor to ceiling. All that was needed to demolish was four feet of drywall. Insurance would not have covered this complete tear out and we would have to pay out of pocket while they padded$ their pockets. We paid them $7,500 to fire them and close out the contract. Very sad taking advantage under during a hurricane disaster.***** *

  I have never had the misfortune of working with such a scam company before Dry Wizard. ***** has an ever changing roster of employees and sub-par contractors. Over 2.5 years and the work was never complete. They never dealt with our insurance company, did not provide proper documents, and just wanted all out-of-pocket costs. Well, he got his final payment. Only on the advice of my attorney, but now, we will do the suing. We will be bringing all of the horrible reviews from all sources as well. The BBB use to be trustworthy, but has clearly not looked into this company in a long while. This is not the only platform they only have one star. Nearly every other platform shows the same issues with this company.

  If you have the misfortune of needing a contractor to do flood damage repair work, you would do better to hire a middle school student to do the work. DryWizard does lousy work, and does it with a smile. They have never sent anyone to my home to do the repairs needed after the flood that could speak English or do a decent job. The work is extremely sloppy and unprofessional looking. And whenever you call to speak to someone about the quality of the work, the person you need to talk to is always in a meeting. (Now thats a real laugh) they only have 3 people working there. When they can sucker someone into letting them do a restoration job, they go out and hire non English speaking guys out to make a hustle and dont really know how to do what theyre being hired to do, but thats fine with this company, they dont mind if you complain about the job cause theyre in a meeting and cant talk right now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS *************!

  Absolute scam. Called them for help with a leak in my recently bought home. They put in 5 fans and 2 dehumidifiers. They billed me 50 fans, 10 dehumidifier units for 5 days even though they were only there 48 hours. They wrote the most criminal invoice for just under $10k. Citizens valued their clean up at $3k.After receiving citizens check they are still wanting money for services they fabricated in their delusions of grandeur invoice. STAY away from this company. They are criminals who belong in jail.
