    The landscaping within the neighborhood of Twin Lakes of Brandon has been on a fast decline with CLC in charge of its care. Our community recently interviewed new landscaping companies, to take over in December 2023, who solidly rated the landscape within our neighborhood at a D. The lack of pride taken by this company in providing quality work is alarming. Not to mention the unprofessional & unethical business practices that ***** engages in. I wouldn’t recommend hiring this company,

    I am a VP of the communitys HOA where I live and have used CLC Totalcare to service our community many times. They did an outstanding job with attention to detail and high quality work! The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and helped with all kinds of extras at no additional charge! They did everything they said they would do and performed all their services with skill and quality. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them again over and over! They are hard working and honest with integrity!

    I am a director on an HOA board that ********************* from CLC total care services. I absolutely would not recommend this company. I have observed a very poor work ethic, took no pride in the community he services and has unethical business practices. I would not ever recommend this company.
