On March 15, 2023 we hired Truly Nolen Branch 077 to inspect our home/property and install rodent bait boxes around the pool cage perimeter where we had issues with palm rats eating through the screen and coming onto the patio. Truly Nolen's agreement carried "a one year guarantee covering re-infestation, workmanship, and materials within the original scope of work." One month after install, we purchased new patio furniture for $3500+ and found a rodent had not only bypassed all bait boxes, but also tore holes in both sides of the pool cage screen and defecated all over the new furniture (which had to be professionally cleaned). We contacted our account **** ****************** who came out, viewed the damage and agreed that obviously the rodent prevention service was not working and that per our request, our account would be canceled. Two months later, we received a text message saying our service appointment was coming up which prompted our revisiting our credit card account and seeing that not only was Truly Nolen STILL charging us, they were charging us $29/month for the service we canceled PLUS another $49/month for some mystery service that never existed. We contacted the branch directly and were told the manager was not available or would call us back on MULTIPLE occasions, leading to yet another month of charges, when finally, *********************** of Truly Nolen in ******* returned our call, apologized profusely for all of the run-around, and assured us that our credit card account would be credited for all charges dating back to May since the service was proven ineffective and we had to deal with so much unprofessionalism on the part of him and his branch. It is now OCTOBER and our credit card is STILL being charged for the $29 + $49 per month, with ZERO credits for past payments and no answer at the branch. This company is grossly negligent and we suggest every homeowner avoids them at all costs.

      Business Response

      Date: 10/24/2023

After reviewing the said account, ***************************************** refunded the customer $871 on 3-20-23 and $234 on *******. The services have all been cancelled as per requested from the customer. The monthly auto payments were for services of pest control serviced on a quarterly basis and the rodent deterrent boxes serviced on a quarterly basis. Truly Nolen feels we have done everything to accommodate this customer in refunding the account per said amounts above and cancelled without any cancel fees attached. Our records indicate all work was performed and follow *** completed as per the initial agreement at time of purchase.

      Best Regards,

      *****************
