    I did not feel cared for...I did not feel heard. I felt disrespected and dismissed. The end result my needs were not met... I have PTSD and need just one person doing my hair. And the last 3 visits, there has been another woman helping ******. This is no offense to her. I called Monday to respect everyone's schedules and policy and left a message with the receptionist to have ****** call me before my appointment on Friday. So we could work on a solution since I love how she cares for my hair. I did not get a call back.I showed up at my appointment today and asked to speak to ****** privately. I discussed my needs and we came up with a solution to make an appointment for me to be the last client of the day. I was relieved!I went to the front desk to make a new appointment with ******. I was told I couldn't make an appointment in the salon until I had PAID for this one. Yet here was the owner, ******, stating again and again that it's policy and INSISTING that I can't make an appointment in this salon until I paid for this one. Not accepting that I had followed protocol on my end.The fact that the owner was so rigid in her convictions and couldn't see it was not my problem. I had followed protocol!Sadly, I have left ****** unable to return because I will not pay for a service I did not receive. It shows me that the energy in this salon from this owner is toxic and confirms that I do not want to give my money, time, and energy to this establishment.
