    Horrible experience with this inspector. The quality of service was substandard as he neglected to include findings that would have changed the outcome of the home purchase. Stated in his report that parts of the house were fine when in fact they were not, resulting in $4000 in additional costs that could have been negotiated with the seller prior to the purchase. Fabricated data in the inspection report to ensure the sale of the home, come to find out that he and the realtor are friends. When I contacted ******* and expressed my concerns he merely laughed and hung up the phone. I do not recommend this inspector. The only reason he got 1 star is by default in order to submit review
