    The concrete company has been working next door to us for over a year. They have continuously left old wood and garbage in the back yard next us during the whole building process. They have even covered their entire backyard blocking our waterfront view . We asked the contractor to please have them remove the debris. They did remove some, but still left several piles on the other side . We have had many problems with this company promising to clean up the cite, but they keep leaving it absolutely appalling. We have taken several pictures of the property in disbelief. We are on the verge of selling our waterfront home that we have lived in for ******************************** hopes that this will not happen to another family .

    We understand the ******* concerns about construction of a large home being built next to them. We have worked with the ******* to make sure that the construction materials (including plywood) have been kept as orderly as possible given that this involves construction of a large home on a tight property. We have gone out of our way numerous times for the ******* in order to minimize their concerns.

     

    None of the construction materials have been on the ******* property. Also, whats there is not debris but materials being used for construction.

     

    The ******* have made a number of complaints to the county. The county has come out to inspect multiple times, and they did not find issues with how the construction materials are left.

     

    We are a subcontractor for this project, and both us and the general contractor have worked with the ******* to address their concerns.

     

    Currently, we are working on the pool for the home. Our work as subcontractor should be completed in around a month.
