  If you want incompetence and unprofessional service you are on the right spot.1. They do share their findings directly with the counterpart.2. They are not consistent with their reports. One inspector within this company can put in the report very reasonable and valuable information while another inspector within the same company has a different vision and competence and seems like can't see an issue 3.They don't have quality control and maybe proper training.4. **************** could be better, good luck to speak with manager.. not available.5. They will flood you with advertising emails.This is solely my opinion and experience dealing with this company. Waste of money and time

  SWF clearly missed several windows in my home inspection. The windows were so badly damaged with broken seals, moisture and fog. Inspection said they were fine in each room in home inspection report. We trusted SWF because we lived out of state. SWF's website says "home inspection include checking windows and seals". Here is Dustin's response >>>As Home inspectors in Florida we follow as specific SOP ( standards of practice), we're only at the property for a very short amount of time, and charge the smallest fee you'll be assessed during the transaction. If we were to stop and look at every window, and determine if a window is cloudy due to a broken seal or because it's dirty, everyone would pay much much more for their home inspection. We are contracted to find "major defects" and items that would be considered costly to repair by the majority of people. This unfortunately falls outside the scope of our inspection. ". That is their own words from Dustin E, General Manager. Now I have thousands of dollars of windows to replace. Had this been reported, I could have terminated my home purchase or negotiated the windows into the sale. I would assume damaged windows are "major defects" as Mr. E stated above in his email to me. He also states the smallest fee and short amount of time? I also have time stamped photos showing damage and report stating windows were checked and OK.

  There lies the reason that ****** no longer works here. His answer was not was way off base. Someone should have gone out to see what the possible issue was. ******** care always comes first.

  Was able to get our inspector, Doug, with very short notice. He was extremely thorough in checking everything. He gave a verbal review of any issues he found so we could ask questions and look at the items he flagged. The written report was extensive and very thorough. We are very pleased with the work that Doug and SWF did. Would recommend to anyone.
