    After reading some of the reviews here, I will admit that I was apprehensive about going to see ***** and buying the Firestick. I walked in and I was pleasantly greeted by *****. I didn't see any arrogance, I saw knowledge. People say that they were interrupted and disrespected. That was not the case. When you go to a seminar you wait till the end to ask your questions, which is exactly what this was. ***** wants to explain how everything works and I let him do that. I agreed. I bought the ultimate with ***** channels and options. The next day, I picked up my Firestick and allowed him to do a training along with another lovely lady. I got home, plugged it in, and within a minute I was watching the ***************** play live! I told ************ would give him a great review and he jokingly said, "You'll ruin my street cred!" Thank you *****, and I am excited to cancel my Xfinity!

    Eddie is very rude.I paid for telephone support and when I called for help with the upgrade(which he never mentioned would happen when I paid for the system) he hung up on me!!! So much for telephone support...but I can pay him $20.00 per tv to do the upgrade. What a scammer!!! Disgusting...not surprised his business is not affiliated with the BBB.

    I'm not sure what this is about.
    The customer's issue isn't with us, it's her inability to use her firestick. To blame a software update on a company is ridiculous. If that was the standard then Microsoft, Adobe, Norton AV, Java, Apple and every other software company would deserve unending scorn.
    And even the "rude" comment. That is a perception from a perspective. The $20 fee is peanuts for professional work. Ms. D**** would be hard pressed to find a kid to update her firestick for her. If the kid knew what he was doing even. If anything, that was a generous offer, that doesn't come within a light year for our typical compensation.
    So this "review" is bogus and is nothing short of an attack on our company from a customer that needs a crutch for their shorcomings.

    I would like to know why paying for "phone support" includes being hung up by ***** when asking for help in upgrading the tv system.
