    I purchased a brand new Kia ********* on about March 28, 2024, which was to be registered in the ****************************. I was given a temporary license plate for the State of Florida. I was given a new temporary plate as that one was ready to expire. The second plate will expire tomorrow May 15th. After trying to get in touch with the dealership and leaving 3 messages, of which none have been returned, I contacted PA ***** of *************** They informed me that they have not received any information nor request for registration for this automobile. It is impossible to list the amount of money I paid this company as I traded in 2 cars and took out a loan for the remainder of the vehicle.In addition I tried to get in touch with the President of the company but apparently the numbers listed on the BBB page are inoperable.

    I purchased a 2017 Kia ******** at this dealership 6/2020. Delivery mileage was ******. In the past year I had to replace 3 tires do to road debris. They sold me 3 new tires the same that was on the vehicle when I bought it from them. I took my vehicle to Tire Kingdom Thursday, 2/09/2023 due to loosing air in one of the tires. They made an appointment for me for Saturday 2/11/2023 @ 1:00. Friday morning I woke up and another one of my tires was flat. I got enough air in it to get me to Tire Kingdom and said if I had time they would fit me in that day. I was in the middle of moving so I said I would wait. They put the car up on the lift and ask me to come look at the tires. They all had tire wrought and the technician said these tires were manufactured in ****!!! I need to get 4 brand new tires. He offered to wrap the tires up and load them in my vehicle to take back to the dealership and show them. I took the tires back and said the tires were rotten and I was told were manufactured in ****. They said they would get back to me. This is unexceptable service, selling 20 + year old tires as brand new!!! Plus they were Nexen tires low grade tires!!! Fraud. I have been a continued customer up to this point. They need to be held accountable for the way they run their business!!! I will never recommend this dealership!!! The pictures of the tires below have less than ***** and installed in 2021

    Our Service Manager, ***********************, has been in contact with you regarding your concerns with the tires purchased at Sunset Kia of Venice.Our records indicate that you had 3 tires put on your car at our store on 3 separate dates-- 12/04/20, 12/07/20, and 10/01/21. We do not sell old tires as new and our Repair order records for all three dates match the tire specs of the tires you dropped in our service drive.  The manufacture date on those tires is April 2020.     I am rejecting this response because:
    I followed up with tire kingdom and they said they told me the manufacturer dates were in fact 2020. I guess that was my misunderstanding. However, looking cat the tires they had tire rot damage and unsafe for the road. I stopped by to get more pictures and they took me out to where to tires were stored and they were brand new tires . Never been on a vehicle. It was obvious these WERE NOT the tires I returned. If you can not admit the tires shown to me were not the tires on my photo that is on you. If you feel you have no responsibility in making this right you have no business being in the position you are in. Your dealership is nothing short of  dishonest.  I hope one day it will all catch up to you and you are made accountable for the deceitful business you run.

    In 2019 I leased a 2020 *** **** from Sunset Kia of Venice **.My lease is up the 27th of December 2022. Since the beginning of November, I have been trying to buy my Leased car and I have been getting the run around between *** of Venice and *** of ********. My contract clearly states my right to purchasse the car. I called twice last week to speak to a financial person to make an appointment and purchase my car. First they told they were too busy then I called and left two messages and no one has called me back. I don't know what to do my lease end is coming close. Thank you.
