I am writing to express my profound disappointment with Venice Toyota. My recent experience with this dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel utterly taken advantage of and scammed.I traveled 400 miles to pick up a 2021 Toyota Highlander that I had been waiting to receive for over a month and a half. When I initially found the vehicle, their systems were down due to the nationwide CDK global hack, but I proceeded with the purchase, trusting that I was making a sound investment. The Highlander, with 28k miles, a clean Carfax, and one previous owner, was advertised as a pristine vehicle. However, the reality was far from what was promised. The car was sold to me with known damages that were neither disclosed to me nor reported on the Carfax. Even more troubling, these damages were repaired at Venice Toyotas own collision center. To my dismay, there is now a significant leak in the front passenger side of the vehiclean issue whose duration is unknown. When I reached out to Venice Toyota for assistance, their response was shockingly indifferent. Instead of an apology or a solution, they merely arranged for the car to be repaired at a local dealer closer to my location. This has resulted in me being without a vehicle for nearly 25 out of the 50 days since I purchased ***** add insult to injury, I am now facing additional costs: a new windshield, necessitated by the repairs, which my local dealer will not cover, and a broken trim piece that was newly replaced but is now missing. This level of service and lack of accountability is inexcusable.Venice Toyota should be deeply ashamed of their handling of this situation. I urge potential buyers to proceed with extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. The trust and reliability that should be fundamental to any car buying experience have been completely undermined by their actions.Buyer Beware.

Had rear brakes done over a year ago. Recently heard clanging in rear when I drove over dips or bumps. Not good. Went to a near by tire kingdom. They found a bolt missing in rear brake caliper! They replaced bolt, checked all others on both sides, and found all bolts were under torqued! Big safety issue , Id say. Contacted Venice Toyota service manager. Told him I wanted that employee fired immediately. Manager revealed that service tech was no longer working there. Gee, I wonder why. Apparently they dont hire professional techs. Dealer techs are supposed to be held to a higher standard. They sure do charge the customer accordingly! They dont do quality control checks either, because I asked them. All they did was give me a refund for the service for $276. I guess thats all my life is worth to them. I cant trust a service department who does business like this. Unprofessional, uneducated, doesnt care about the customer. ***** this dealer.

went in to the dealership with pre-negotiated price from ****** and a list of sales reps. the first thing i was told by the sales rep was that new car prices had not been negotiated yet for the new car i was interested in. needed a car so went ahead with the process. don't know if the salesman was lying or not but am pretty sure i got ripped off. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM VENICE TOYOTA. SHOP AROUND, you won't regret it.
