I purchased Mountain Top, 500 ml Oil Works & Company on September 27, 2024. The order number was ***** and the price total of $94.98.The item tracking number was ********************** and was supposed to be shipped on October 6, 2024 ***** The phone numbers is ************** and email is [email protected] have never received my item and have called and tried chat and emailed the aforementioned info but no one has responded. The answering service on the phone states they do not have any outgoing calls, however there is no response.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for the OW-1000 scent diffuser and paid Oil Works $261. There was an obvious issue with the product, and I had repeated exchanges with Customer Support which culminated in them requesting me to send the product back so they could send me a replacement. I paid out of pocket to ship the unit back to Oil Works and haven't heard ANYTHING from them. Complete scam out of $261 and I have emailed and called the company 100+ times each. Nobody has responded or picked up the phone even once since I mailed the unit back (I have shipping confirmation and tracking verifying that they received the unit).Initial Complaint

On 12/4/23, after calling the company number listed on the Oil Works website, I was advised to open a ticket. A previous request for information was apparently closed without resolution according to the person that I spoke with. Ticket #***** was created on 12/4/23 requesting information about purchasing a replacement atomizer for a home HVAC scent diffuser OW-****, that is no longer covered by warranty. No response was recieved although the ticket states a response is typically made within 72 hours. On 12/12/23 I created another ticket #***** referencing the previous ticket and with the same request. On 12/28/23 I created yet another ticket #***** with the same request and referencing the two previous tickets. I also gave them a deadline of 1/5/24 to respond before I contacted the BBB. I was told that I could send the unit in for repairs that are not covered under warranty and without any estimate on the cost of repair. The unit itself weighs several pounds and would be costly to ship and then also pay for return shipping. I have troubleshot the unit and have determined the problem. I placed an order with oil works & company llc on August 27th Based on what I could see online it said my order should be delivered within 15 days On September 11th I received two emails from *********** who is the shipping service Oil Works uses.One showed 3 items which were the oils I ordered with a tracking number.The other showed the main item which is the diffuser and even though the email stated to use the tracking number to track the diffuser, there was no tracking number in this email.I immediately reached out to Oil works to alert them of the issue. Every time I call an answering service answers and no matter what time or day I call someone from oil works is never available.I was told to email them, which I did several times, I also created a ticket through the website multiple times, one time it showed a ticket was created but it won't allow me to access that ticket.The 3 smaller items were delivered on September 14th. I purchased a unit for our home that was being built three years ago. Due to delays in the construction we were unable to install our unit until two years ago. Since it's installation, we have had issues with the power cord which was replaces and three fans which were also replaced. I called and emailed your service line on 7/18/23 inquiring for service because yet again, my unit stopped working. I was instructed to send the unit back to your office on 7/18/23 with NO mention of the unit being out of warranty or any cost associated with repairing the unit. I paid for the shipping of the unit ( $55.00 via **** only to then be told ( after I inquired) two weeks after the unit was shipped. That there is a diagnostic fee along with repair costs for the unit. I said that it was okay however I wanted to know what the costs were prior to any work being done. It has been almost a month since I have reached out to your company along with roughly 29 emails, 4 direct messages on ******** and at least 10 phone calls to your call center. I still have not received any information as to what is going on with my unit and any costs incurred on the alleged diagnostic. Three days ago I once again inquired about the unit only to be told that you all were sending me a new unit. Again, with no mention as to what is wrong with the unit that I sent. I responded with the inquiry of the tracking number for the new unit and wanted to make sure that it was comparable to what I currently have. TODAY I got a message after inquiring for the tracking number stating that you all are sending me my unit back to me. I asked AGAIN what was wrong with the unit and if it had been fixed. I have yet to hear back. I asked for one of two options: 1. Fix my unit and return it back to me 2. replace my unit with a comparable unit that works They informed me that they were shipping my unit back to me and STILL never told me what was wrong with it. Ordered online, site said product would ship 3-4 business days. Called when trying to get info and all calls are routed to an answering service. The service works for oilworks but they tell you that person is not available and they need your email, name and phone number and they will send a message. Nobody contacts you back and the answer service refuses to let you talk to a manager or supervisor. Sent multiple emails to ********************************** and requested a refund and order canceled since no shipping was ptovided. Still have yet to hear from anyone. 5 calls to the answering service has yielded nothing but a waste of time. My money is gone Im sure.Customer Answer
