    It's difficult to express the nightmare experience we had trying to get our pool completed with Pool Creations. A project of this nature should typically be completed in **** weeks. In contrast, more than one year after starting the project, we still had an incomplete pool and an unusable backyard. For reference, they started in November ************************************************************************************** December ****. Let me be clear; we did not want to go that route. We truly wanted to believe they were making their best efforts to complete the pool, but we just couldn't take the stress of never getting any answers concerning our timeline. After a year we needed to know when we would have a usable pool and yard and they just continually refused to take responsibility for their failures or to commit to anything moving forward. It frustrates me that we lost all that time with the kids to enjoy the pool. It's also upsetting that we had to pay a premium to get a pool company to take over another business's pool. Pool companies are very reluctant to do this because they don't want the liability of taking over the other company's warranty. As a result, we've had to go significantly over budget to get the work completed. Some employees we spoke with expressed remorse and frustration with how we'd been treated but felt there was nothing they could do. They also communicated that other homeowners were having the same problems. The owner, ***, demonstrated a complete unwillingness to take responsibility for anything. I found his dismissal of us baffling as I'm a business owner and deeply value my clients' experiences and feedback. He gave the impression of not being at all concerned with his personal or professional reputation. My hope in writing this review is to prevent other people from having to go through the unnecessary stress, both emotional and financial that we did.

    These people are crooks! Charge to do a computer rendering, $250 then don't get back to discuss building a pool. Nothing but excuses why they don't return phone calls or e- mails. I stopped 3 times left my name and number. No return call. Shut these crooks down! They are theives!
