This company is a mess. They constructed our pool. The job was complete in September 2023. Please see my review from December 19, 2023. The contractor rarely responded to my texts during and after the process. Our pavers were sinking in shortly after they installed them. When they finally came to repair them-months later- they broke a piece of tile off of our pools waterfall and didnt say anything. I found it on the ground. The company never responded to my requests to have it fixed. They simple dropped off a sheet of tile in January 2025-more than a year later-to fix it ourselves. Our lanai still has an open permit in January 2025. They were unprofessional, did not complete any of the job to the quality standards they promised. They sprayed our neighbors roof with cement when they were pouring the concrete and a couplet broke. They promised to power wash it and never did. The workers were laying all of their supplies in our neighbors yard-big steel beams for the lanai-when we said no, they need to be on our property. They blared obscene music while working in our quiet neighborhood. They broke a tile on our roof and rigged it back together without even saying anything. They never responded to our communications. I would never recommend using this company or any side companies that they start.

    Good Morning,

In regards to this complaint all issues have been remedied. This is a duplicate from a review last year that was just put as a complaint now. In regards to the pavers there were some chipped pavers that needed replacing, unfortunatley we did not have enough left over to replace them and they had to be ordered. As soon as we received the replacement pavers we were out there and replaced them as well as leveled the couple areas of the deck that experienced some settling. The tile on the waterfall was not a result of this and we were not notified about this until  many months later that one tile came off the waterfall feature. We wanted to send someone out to reattach the tile however the customer told us not to. We did however drop off a whole new sheet of the tile in case the customer changed their mind. As for the roof tile while installing the screen enclosure a tile was broken that we did not notice initially and as soon as it was brought to our attention we fixed it.
Prior to contract signing and construction the customer was informed that this was going to be a tight build and that we would have to use part of the neighbors property during the construction process do to the houses being so close together. With that being said some concrete overspray when doing the pool shell got on the neighbors lanai. We immediately washed it off. Upon further inspection with the customer and the neighbor affected, the neighbor wanted the screens replaced. The customer even said that we don't have to do that and that it was crazy because it was all cleaned up with no damage. None the less we did replace the screens to appease our customer as well as the neighbor. On top of that we did send a company out to clean the roof but the neighbor would not let him work as he wasn't home.
In conclusion the customer at time of completion was satisfied with the work performed and very happy with the finished product. We even went out and repaired damaged to the screen enclosure from the hurricane at no charge which is not something covered by warranty. I am not sure why this complaint is coming more than a year later after all this was already in the review from the previous year and all issues have already been remedied.
