  Honest, professional and punctual. Most roofers are in it to sell you something you don't really need. It is refreshing to find a business that is willing to walk away from an easy **** as opposed to selling a repair or a new roof that isn't necessary. Kingdom Roofing did just that. I will call them back when I actually do need a new roof.

  DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE OR FALL FOR THEIR "SALES PITCH" TOTAL SCAM!!!! I had a roof installed 8/5/2022 with GAF Shingles & a Golden Pledge and Unlimited Wind Warranty. I signed a contract and had it documented any additional fees needed to be reviewed and approved by me as I had a specific amount of money for this job. I signed a contract with Kingdom Roofing for $15K. Now I am not unreasonable and I completely understand possibility of needing additional plywood as they don't know the damage until roof is removed - and would have no issue paying a couple hundred more if needed. Well, after the job was completed and final payment was made a few months later they sent me an invoice for an additional $930!! looking at the invoice they added a bunch of additional "misc" items that were NEVER discussed with me nor even mentioned they were needed. The only additional cost acceptable was the addition of 2 more pieces of plywood (fine - $300 no problem) but to try and scam an additional 1K out of me when it was clearly acknowledged I didn't have "EXTRA MONEY" - To top it off - 3 days after Hurricane IAN I called to see if they would come out and check to see if my roof sustained any damage- They tried to tell me they charge $250 to come inspect WORK THEY DID not even 2-months prior!!! This company is complete garbage and couldn't care less on satisfied customers (obviously) - So now they just lost another 10K repair job over $900 - I will not be using them nor recommending them to ANYONE - In fact, people need to stay FAR AWAY!

  NOT worth the aggravation and high cost !You know I try, I really try to keep my cool and be courteous. I have had my time wasted with appointments and no shows, now I am mad.Kingdom was scheduled for an entire MONTH to begin my job October 24th. No one showed up ! I called the office they said ****** the Project Manager would be here in the afternoon to coordinate. Come 3:00 and hearing nothing, I called the office AGAIN, they wil call him and he wil be there later.Recently, Monday, November 27 after we had the first rains since the job was done, I HAVE A DRIPPING issue. (actually there are 3 corners of the house that need fixed) ****** said he would be here Wednesday. Come Wednesday I called because ****** had not to let me know what time of day he would be here so I may be able to work around. I have things to do also. He said better tommorow he will be here Thursday. You got it .. not hearing anything to turn me loose and figure it was a no show again, yep, he is not showing up. WHAAAAAT ?Another day of MY time wasted to be here for HIS appointment. Yes, it is not a pressing issue because it is not raining now ... BUT Obviously my time has no value.Done with the **** I'll fix it myself and better than they would anyway.A $2000.00 Taper Package for a small portion of flat roof looks like children did it. 3 full 4' X 8' sheets of insul board and two half sheets were discarded. This is the reason I have 3 large low spot that pond. "Engineered especially for my job by GAF" **** **** ! **********

  DO NOT USE Kingdom Roofing whom completed a new roof 08/26/22 on a commercial building where we have our business. The first rainfall was a major downpour on 08/29/22 resulted in water pouring in through the lights, vents and ran down the walls flooding everything. Note: The owner of the bldg had just completed a full renovation on his side a week prior. Kingdom Roofing was called immediately and they blamed the owner for not connecting the new under sized scupper boxes, roof drains and emptying downspouts that were full of construction debris. NOT the Owners job! Serve Pro was called by Kingdom and they were there that evening and started drying out the building. The next morning Serve Pro stated the space was not able to be occupied and they started gutting flooring, ceilings and walls. Kingdom Roofing was given three opportunities to make the roof right, and all three times it did not pass inspection. Kingdom Roofing has since put a lein on the building for payment. 5 months later, we (owner and tenant) are still fighting with Kingdom's Insurance for repairs, loss of income, moving expenses etc. We have received ZERO compensation, yet Kingdom is roofing is still doing business no problem, and we are being raked over the coals by their insurance.
