On Monday, November 12, 2024 I enlisted the transmission services of the above mentioned Aamco Franchise. The vehicle was left at the business (11/12/2024) until completion. We were contacted via telephone by the business in question and on November 21, 2024 I went in to pick-up the vehicle on 11/22. Upon arrival at the business, the work was paid for in full (please see attached documents). As I started the vehicle, warning lights and bells became evident. I brought this to Mr. Bob and the Technician's attention. It was determined at that time, the computer that was installed was faulty. A new computer was ordered and placed in the vehicle and again, it failed. Mr. Bob stated that this was obtained from the same computer company and he would order the next from a different company. Since then, we have waited for the new component to arrive. We were informed on Tuesday (1/14/2025), the computer would be installed and the vehicle would be ready that day. I stopped by today (Fri., 1/17/2025) and noticed the vehicle parked in the lot. When I inquired after it, I was told by the tech, that he knew nothing and the shop would be closed for the weekend. Over the last 2 months+ we have spent considerable time and money dealing without a vehicle. No one at this business has bothered to contact us and let us know what is happening - not even when we stop-by. Currently, we still have no vehicle, no information and are paying for services yet to be rendered.

I had my car checked by this company to see why it would not start, ****** the owner called me and told me he had to conduct a level one Diagnostic test that would cost me $153.00, I said OK than do it and let me know what the problem is. latter on he called me and told me that the problem was the crank position sensor, i asked him if he was sure and he told me yes, latter that day i received a call from ***** who told me that did not fix my problem and they could not do nothing else. I called a towing service to pick up my car and they would not release the car until i paid $433.65 i called him and he told me there was nothing he could do, i said I wanted to talk to ****** and said he wasn't in, that he would call me latter, and we would work things out, never called me back. ***** was robbed out of $433.65 for no reason this is not a reputable place. thank you *********************

We took our vehicle to Aamco transmissions in Venice ******* as soon as we left there after we had the training worked on which was slipping occasionally we started hearing noises that we never heard before and took it right back they said it was because we had an axle going bad in motor mounts they were supposed to fix the axle that day but they didn't they said they did but we drove it in the same noise we had to take it back two more times same noise after the third time leaving there we took it to another mechanic garage to get another opinion who told us they didn't tighten up any of the bolts or nuts everything was just about to fall off we could have been driving down the street with our two grandsons who we are raising in the car and the tire could have fell off it could have been a fatal mistake now we found out our transmission is leaking fluid and that's why it's acting up still because they never bolted it back up..so bottom line we paid almost 5k to rebuild a transmission that is still making hard shifts and slipping like we originally took it to Aamco for..they have taken our money gave our van back still with same problem and now leaking ****** fluid and tire about to fall off were they did not complete the repair I will have documentation later today for everything
