    I purchased a car from Plattner's on 9/16/2024 and I was not given good customer service nor was I asked for financial documents. I had a co-signer. I left the same day with the car. The following week I was rudely told I needed documents. What I sent in wasn't good enough. Finally after a time the documents were good. I was told by the sales lady that she still hasn't gotten paid yet off the sale of the car. Then I was told I could turn my car in and get my old car back. Now today I'm told Exetor (my finance company) told me they cannot verify my income and employer. My company is ******************** which is very popular. I was told I have by 3pm tomorrow 9/18 to get my income verified or else I will have to start the car buying process all over again. This is not my fault nor should I be punished for lack of knowledge, communication, customer service, and attention to detail with these companies. I already signed the contract, I gave a trade in which valued $2,000 and I paid $1,000 deposit. I am very disappointment.

    I purchased a 2016 ****** Rogue from Plattner Automotive of Venice, **, on Aug. 5, 2023. Though I have paid the balance due in full, I have yet to receive registration or title. No one at the dealership can give me any specific answer as to why this process is taking so long. At this point, I have performed my end of the contract. Plattner has not. The resolution I seek is to have the registration and title in my hands.
