  Do NOT buy anything for this place. They fraudulently sold me a vehicle where the frame was completely eroded. I will be filing a lawsuit against this company!! This car cannot be fixed and all I did was drive the vehicle home. The frame, power steering, etc. is completely rotted. The mechanics said there is no way this was not a coverup and that they knew this vehicle was completely rotted and not safe to drive. Thank you. Please inform people about this dealership.

  *****, ****, and ***** are awesome. ******* is great too. They got me into a perfect 2011 silverado, at an amazing rate and payment. Seriously who can buy a low mileage full size truck for less than 300 a month. There were a couple things that came up, but even with as is **** has worked with me incredibly. Not to mention I got much better than expected on my explorer trade in. All my future vehicles will come from here.

  Was looking for a dealership without the hassle wait time and gimmicks. Trade Guru was a breath of fresh air. The entire staff was great to deal with. I bought a really nice converible. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. The best part was I didn't have to hassle with the price because it was more than fair. They also have mechanics on site and I was told that if I had any problems to contact them and I would get their wholesale pricing on mechanical services.

  Have bought multiple vehicles, from cheap Buick regal, to a gorgeous Silverado. Had a couple small issues on the Silverado, but owner was great and helped me out immediately. And with the truck ***** got me a great rate, was quick in and out, and allowed to take vehicles for outside inspection.

  Love my Mercedes GLK 2014 I bought with 30k miles on it a few years ago. Amazing price and low mileage was exactly what we were looking for as a family. No issues with our Mercedes, now closing in on 55k miles. The staff was pleasant to work with and as a woman shopping for a car, I never felt pressured or taken advantage of like I had during previous car buying experiences. Highly recommend Trade Guru in Venice!

  Well Im sorry you are so offended to leave a 1-Star review. ***** is a well respected guy in the industry but yes he wears glasses and saw your score wrong which is totally irrelevant to anything.No banks right now are giving to car loans to people with one income. Especially social security.You are applying for a loan on a $5,000 2006 audi. No conventional bank is going to do that loan not to mention for someone who makes less than $1,000 on social security. So He told you he could get you done subprime because of that not your score.If you are reading this please keep in mind all this was explained to this lady yet all she wanted to do was talk over us and get angry. Happens everyday. We get great reviews and this is just not accurate. This is the response I received from my review. I never once got angry or over talked the one person I spoke to. Only politely questioned my credit score because I was told sub prime so would be more. My credit is 807 but read as 607. Since I was keeping my present car, I was asked if I needed two cars. The response to my review was reinforced as to discrimation I received due to being on social security disability! I was approved for a ****** auto loan through a different dealer but chose to not have that high of payment. I see by other complaints they turn it around and accuse the customer of being irate.

  If I could give negative ZERO stars, I would. CROOKS! Don't count on receiving your registration or license plate from these people. They mail it to the wrong customer (or so they say) and they BLOCK your calls and texts after multiple attempts from the buyer to attempt to get a replacement. ZERO customer service. Finance Manager will block your number from calling or texting. If you call the main number to the dealer they are beyond rude. NEVER AGAIN! The most unprofessional car lot on the planet! BEWARE!! STAY AWAY!!! Buy your cars somewhere else.

  Criminals standing behind a facade of Christianity. Where do I start? Finance manager narrows it down to two vehicles...one was a dodge avenger they had to jump start to get going and sounded like a golf cart, the other a ******* sonata with a cracked dashboard. We chose the ******* being that it had low mileage and the other vehicle barely made it down the road for the test drive. We came in wanting to pay $1,500 down and we're led to believe that wasn't going to be a problem. He then tells us last minute it'll be $3,500 in order to leave the lot. We reluctantly agreed. He came back with a $300 a month payment and we were happily surprised. This must have given him the go ahead to inflate his commission because he got back on the phone with United Auto and walked out of the room whispering then came back and said $320....which I have now calculated to be an extra thousand dollars for him. Anyway that's just where the story begins...The Monday after we purchased the vehicle I get 4 calls from the finance manager while at work. Before I even had time to check the messages, I get a text from my neighbor stating three guys from trade guru just knocked on our door saying they were coming to pick up the car because we hadn't paid for it. FALSE. We had just put $3,500 down on it!!! I now check the messages and the finance manager is threatening me because he didn't get proof of residency and the bank wouldn't give him his commission. We clear that up and make our first payment the following month and two weeks later the car is picked up at 11 o clock at night. I call the police thinking it was stolen and my husband follows the tow truck who tells us there was a repo order on it. The police officer shows up and says he knows trade guru and did some investigating and our payment from the 2 weeks prior was returned and that's why it was repoed. We were never notified of the returned payment nor given the opportunity to rectify. Thanks Trade Guru I'm out $3,500.

  Buyer Beware ! We saw a car advertised that really caught our eye so made an appointment to see it . The salesman seemed nice and offered the keys to the car ,which was a ****** Pathfinder, so we test drove it and really liked it so decided to go through with the purchase. They are an "as is" used car dealer .Unfortunately after a week or so with it found out this automobiles undercarriage was riddled with rust. I went to have my tires rotated and the mechanic decided not to put it on the lift for fear of it compromising the integrity of the undercarriage. It may run into the thousands to have this particular problem repaired and now i don't feel safe driving it as well. Sure would have been nice to have been told before i purchased this suv that it was compromised but i suppose that would have cut into their profit margin. I would go to a reputable dealership is the ****** learned here, just my opinion.

  DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. HAD PROBLEMS WITHIN WEEK OF BUYING CAR. CAR DIDN'T LAST MORE THAN 60 DAYS AND TRANSMISSION WENT. BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. WOULD NOT HELP AT ALL.
