advanced air conditioning did my maintenance visit February 17, 2025 last month. i have been using them for the past 3 years. my ac unit failed on christmas eve the year before and it was very cold that year. i could find no one to look at the unit due to the holiday even paying a premium. the owner of the company came to my house christmas eve fixed the problem and did not charge a extra fee as he could well have done and i would have gratefully paid the fee to have heat. the young man who did the work this year, showed up on schedule and completed the work in a timely fashion. my equipment was pronounced in good working order and he also alerted me to a unrelated issue with my water softener which i would never had known about as i don't go out and about behind the ****** to surveil these things. i am lucky to have the service of this very attentive service provider here in ********** and **** recommend them as a reliable first rate company to anyone needing ac services. ********* kAdvanced Air Conditioning and Heat

Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating gets the highest marks from me. They were there the same day I called for service. First, I actually spoke to the owner when I called versus a recording. A technician went the same day and made repairs at a reasonable cost. Everyone was respectful, knowledgeable and experienced.
