      We have contracted with Barker for over 20 years at 2 of our houses. When they replaced the air handler in our first Vero house, they didn't connect the water drain and we incurred damages. They did pay for the repairs using their insurance. We stayed with them for our second Vero house. They replaced the A/C in 2020. The unit started having problems after we put the house on the market in 2023. Barker finally found a leaky valve, however, they performed an inadequate fix which resulted in water damage of over $1200 to our house. The problem was noticed and Barker repaired their faulty valve fix just before closing. Barker will not pay the repair bill because "You no longer owned the house". So I guess I was supposed to get the damage replaced in one day before closing. Ridiculous. They damaged my property with their shoddy valve repair and will not pay the damages to my property. I guess that I will have to hire a lawyer. ***** **********

      Absolute worst company i.ve ever dealt with. Finally after a year of multiple failed inspections and 32 calls to county to keep check of progress, they finally came with someone of authority to find a solution to a bad install of hvac. from 8-2022. Had to start a journal with over 18 pages and over 40 calls trying to resolve this huge problem. Kept sending the guy that sold me the unit to troubleshoot a bad install. Did not pull a permit until 11-2022. that's when the failed inspections started. Got so bad that i had to get county license involved with 2 complaints. Didn't respond to first one. Got another company to take photos of sloppy work done in attic, before they attempted to correct anything. It still took months after i kept calling to get someone to correct the problem which didn't solve the issue. Long story short got another company to go over everything they did and fix any problems. If you have any attic work done make sure you tell them before and after photos. BEWARE!!! Very sloppy work if they think you can't see it! ALWAYS GET PHOTOS!

      I had an A/C failure over the Easter weekend and Barker Air came thru on Monday morning and fixed my unit promptly, the same day. Very professional staff and friendly. Grateful for their quick action to take care of my needs. This is not the first time they are quick to take care of my a/c needs. *********************
