We hired Dluxmanns to detail ****** on August 26, 2022. In a short three months, the exterior of our RV is in worse condition than it was prior to the detailing. There are streaks and swirl marks in the finish, and run marks in the decals, obviously from the chemicals used on the roof, which ran down the front cap.We contacted Lucky, the owner of Dluxmanns via phone call and text message. Immediately, without even coming out to look at ****** he pointed the finger at us. First, saying it was caused from the hurricane. Secondly, saying that we did not wash it properly. We followed the directions on regular car wash so I do not believe we did anything wrong. It is quite obvious that the condition of ****** right now is caused by an inferior product and poor application of it.Being a businessman, you would think Lucky would want to come out and see what his product did to ****** and remedy the situation. That was not the case, as of the filing of this with Better Business Bureau (12/29/22) he has not stopped by to look at it. The *************** was covered under warranty by EPC. They sent a check for $765.00 to Dluxxmanns. They did not tell me that I used an incorrect RV wash, or try to blame it on the wind. They backed up what they claimed about their finish. I could have used a plain car wax and gotten better results than his finish that cost $765.00 which only lasted three months. Why doesnt Lucky backing up his product that he claimed is better than theirs? There was no reason to get an attitude and blame the wind or poor car wash on us, instead he should have done the right thing and come out and remedy the situation. What are we to do now? We used our warranty, and now our 2020 RV looks worse than before Dluxxmanns detailing. Please see the attached text message and also pictures prior to the Dluxxman detail and after just 3-months.
