    They damaged my front left wheel/tire. After my car came out of the automotive car wash, they just told me to move out of the way. They didnt even dry my car off. When I went to management, they said they would pay for the repair but I had to call my own Triple A to get spare tire put on, drive to ******** for the repair, waiting for 3 hours.When I asked for refund due to not getting complete service, they were *****!!!There were only 2 employees who seem to be concerned about my situation mind you that was caused by the car wash and their equipment.I would not recommend anyone to patronize this business due to their customer service as well as the ***** attitude at the front desk.

    Waves has been here for a very long time and while the staff may ebb and flow, the owner and management are often available to address the occasional question, issue, or complaint. I love the accountability and real dedication to service. They are honest when evaluating your needs so customers know what to expect in terms of options. You will not be pressured. Ask for *****.
