    I am writing to you regarding an issue with my recent orders. On Aug 1st, I placed two orders, both with a scheduled delivery date of Aug 5th. One of the orders was delivered within the scheduled date, but not the order ********** in the amount of $61.90 . This order is particularly urgent as the shorts ordered are for my son's uniform, and he is starting school on Monday, Aug 12th. By reviewing the tracking# information, I discovered that the items were in transit at my location's zip *****, but the shipper returned to ** in error.On 8/9/24, I called customer service to let them know the issue with this package, the fact that I received the other package, and to please cancel it as I need the items now, but they refused to do so, claiming that they have until Aug 16th to deliver the goods. I spoke with supervisor *********************, who ignored all the facts provided, clearly showing an issue with the delivery and the inconvenience this creates for me as my son won't have uniforms on the first day of school. Instead of ***** offering a resolution and apologizing for the inconvenience, he just reiterated that I needed to wait or contact **** directly about the package, which shows a lack of empathy, customer service, and respect for the customer's time. As I mentioned, *****, this company should take ownership of its mistakes and the vendors it selects. Moreover, customers should not be asked to deal directly with their vendors. This is my first time ordering from this company. I'm very frustrated at the lack of customer service and resolution offered, especially when the issue is so obvious that **** has made a mistake. I need this company to take responsibility for its mistakes and refund me for the uniforms (items) I did not receive.     ****** at The Children's Place store confirmed that she did not see the consumer's order # in their system. It is possible the order was cancelled or it could just be because they do not get record of the order until it arrives at their pickup location. ****** suggest the consumer call corporate for further details ************ or even email them through their website.

    I placed an order on Aug 17 2022...once I realized I ordered the wrong clothing..I immediately attempted to modify that order. I called the company and was told I could not modify...but I could cancel. Ok. I did that. I received my refund days later. I placed the correct order on Aug 18. The company site/tracking said I would receive on Aug 24. When I didn't receive on date told I called the childrens place..I was told *** picked up the package. I called *** they said they never received it from the childrens place. On my website account it's says my order is en route from Childrens Place to *** as of Aug 19th...now The childrens place is refusing to replace my order...find my order...give me a refund for the lost order...etc... I was told many different things from their reps... one said file a claim with my bank..one said wait some more days..one said it was nothing they could do..keep calling ***. Even *** is filing an investigation on The Childrens Place regarding my order. I am a hardworking widowed parent. I needed those uniforms for my son to go to school. And I still don't have them! I am so disgusted with the Childrens Place and how I've been treated as a 1st time customer!!! Why must I pay yet another $110 to duplicate an order I never received. My bank has nothing to do with this..why would I get my bank to give back money the Childrens Place took. I am also writing their headquarters!!!
