    I signed a 3 year contract for a crypto miner. The miner no longer works at my new address because we live in a brand new subdivision and there system cannot find my exact address. The contract is up in Nov 2024. I have complained multiple times about it not working anymore. They agreed on 2-14-2024 to allow me to return my product to them for a full refund which I have screenshots of all conversations with them. I returned the product, they confirmed they received it on 3-5-2024 after the post office made multiple attempts to deliver and no one was ever there. On 4-3-2024 I was told that my refund check would be issued mid month of April. When I complained on 5-8-2024 I was told that I signed a 3 year contract and basically they will send the check when they feel like it. I have returned the produced as asked. Not only do they have my $400 they now have the product back as well and are refusing to send me back my deposit. They made me sign a NDA about getting the refund with out completing the 3 years. I spoke with my attorney and he said that they have breached the contract by asking for the miner back with in the 3 years and the 3 year contract is now void. He said if I need to hire him we would look at attorney fees, my $400 deposit and also the the fact that I have had to go though this stressful event. Im requesting my deposit back immediately, so I do not have to move further with legal action.

    I signed up regrettably with this company 2 1/2 years ago because I was recommended by a friend. The equipment I got never truly worked. I reached out to them several times to try to get a replacement or cancel with no response. While doing an audit on my bank account, I realize that they have still continuously been charging me even though I have put in multiple request to cancel. There is absolutely no way to get a hold of these people. All the phone numbers that are associated, including the one here on the BBB are bogus. This is some type of scam Im assuming. I already put in a stop payment and a request for refund through my bank. Do not get sucked into this place.

I signed up for the $99 package two years ago, thanks to a friend's referral, with the understanding that this investment would be worthwhile. However, my recent experience has been far from satisfactory.I recently made the decision to cancel my membership and requested a refund of my $99 investment. I followed the instructions provided by your support team regarding where to send the money for the refund. However, despite my compliance with your procedures, the issue remains unresolved.I have sent three emails seeking clarification and resolution to this matter, but regrettably, I have not received any response from your team. This lack of communication and support is deeply concerning and unprofessional.As a loyal customer who joined ********************** based on the recommendation of a friend, I expected better service and responsiveness.     I reserved equipment for a mining hub I signed a contract prior to equipment being being sent I lost the lease on my commercial building I put in a change request for the location to be switched to my home address it was approved and no new contract was issued. I received the equipment after the location change was accepted by ihubglobal - I wanted to return equipment yet they said I had a commercial lease - I said you accepted the change of location prior to issuing me the equipment and you did not provide a new contract - I do not believe they have a valid contract at all with me currently and they refuse to stop charging my account for the equipment and they refuse me to return it.

    I would like to return equipment to them that does not work. They will not answer phone calls or E-mails. The equipment cost $400.00 and will not work. I have contacted the ************************* ( Commerce Protection Unit) about the issue and have had no response from them either.
