      In the aftermath of Hurricane ***, our Mother signed a work *********************** authorization for *************** with no set amount or charges on the document. They asked for our ***************** and claim number for the work submitted to Insurance. We never received a work order at the time of signing the work authorization. After multiple phone calls the company Mr. ********************** still could not produce a work order after performing the work. Mr. ********************** then charged our insurance company $10,000 for a Tarp job on a **** sf home. Not only was this price gouged beyond belief - the Tarp never stayed on the roof and blew off repeatedly. We kept calling for them to come out and they did but it blew off the roof the next day each day they re-tarped. This was the worst tarp job we could imagine being a worthless effort which turned into a financial ripoff for an elderly woman. We are reporting "Mr. **********************" to the BBB.
