    Contract AL ****** was signed between two parties on October 15 2022. The deposit of $2750.00 in form of Check #*** was cashed from ************************* on October 20 2022. The job was to complete new gutter and house soffit with installation.Work was cancelled by myself when ****** failed numerous times to show up for the work to be done. ****** confirms through via text on November 29 2022 that "The accountant has to mail out returns they can't go through my account so it will be mailed out by end of the week."Multiple contact calls and voicemails left from myself to ****** after that day has been attempted and ignored and not returned. On January 17 2023 I reached out with priority mail with signature required letter to address on my deposit slip to ****** which was signed on January 20 2023 by his signature. The message was asking to return my deposit to my mailing address by February 1 2023 or I will continue on escalating to receive my refund. No refund or contact has been since November 29 2022.

    On Sept 20, I contracted with Elite Custom Gutter ********* *** to installed gutters around my house for a total price of $1500 of which I gave a deposit of $750. After 10 weeks there are no gutters installed. Repeats calls to this business have not been successful with any positive action on their part. I only receive promises about near future installation that never materialize. I would like my deposit returned.
